New Delhi: Asim Riaz faced backlash for appearing arrogant after a video from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, hosted by Rohit Shetty, went viral. In the clip, Asim criticized the show for featuring him alongside lesser-known actors, claiming he didn’t need money or fame and was only participating for his fans. This attitude drew sharp criticism from netizens and TV stars like Kushal Tandon, who mocked his comments about his wealth and frequent car changes.

Recently, during a live event in Dubai, Asim accused the show's creators of editing clips to only show his reactions, not the actions that provoked them. He expressed frustration, stating, “They say someone is ruining the internet, but they only show my reaction and not the actions that led to it. They chop the clips and only display my reactions.” The video of this statement has been widely shared.

Shilpa Shinde, another contestant from the show, supported Asim by alleging that he was provoked by other contestants, which contributed to his outburst. Asim had earlier expressed frustration over not being able to perform a stunt and demanded to see footage of his performance. After seeing the footage, which showed his inability to complete the task, host Rohit Shetty reprimanded him for his arrogance, leading to a significant confrontation that went viral.
