Roasted Edge is a Jacó coffee shop where the coffee is the first thing people mention: those who sat down for it call it excellent and recommend it 100%. The board offers espresso, latte and cappuccino, specialties like the Sea Salted Caramel, the Churro or the Ocean's Edge, chai, hot chocolate, refreshers and blended drinks, and there is a special drink every week. For food there are breakfasts, pastries, artisan bread and daily lunch specials that change from Monday to Friday, and they deliver too. The food list is short, and one visitor found the variety small, but it works for a good breakfast.

The space is cozy and clean, with air conditioning that gives a break from the humidity, good Wi-Fi and a calm atmosphere for working, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are considered very good for the quality and portions, and they sometimes host coffee tastings with drinks and desserts. It is on Calle Lapa Verde, next to the park, in Jacó, and it opens Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm; it is closed on Sundays.
