Poseidon is a small hotel, just 14 rooms, right in the middle of Jacó: a quiet street half a block from the beach and a short walk from the casinos, restaurants and nightlife. The Premium rooms, with a king bed or doubles, look onto a secluded pool and come with air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water, cable TV, a safe, a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. What sets it apart is the all-inclusive package, with a three-night minimum: made-to-order meals with no buffet until 10:00 PM, unlimited drinks including cocktails and wine, and airport transfers.
The mood is openly festive and built for groups, bachelor parties and getaways with friends: three bars and a restaurant, a Sky Lounge sports bar on the rooftop, pool parties with a DJ, a clothing-optional private pool, security and concierge service. Anyone after a quiet, restful hotel should know that going in. The hotel does not publish rates, so it pays to write to them for a quote.
