Beach Break Resort is a simple, well-priced beach hotel: direct access to the sand, clean pools with warm water, resort-style common areas and rooms with the basics, some with a fridge and microwave. It has no restaurant or bar: guests order delivery or walk to the restaurants and the supermarket in town.

It is what the photos show, and guests who arrived with that expectation left happy. But the feedback is not all good: one guest found old beds and pillows, cockroaches and weak air conditioning in their room, and another criticized the front-desk attitude and that check-in is not possible before 2:00 pm, nor is waiting inside the hotel. It sits 150 meters south of the municipality in Jacó.
