What comes up most at Pepper's is the dorado (mahi-mahi), which one guest calls the best thing on the menu, and the Blackened Tuna. The fajitas arrive with salad, french fries and two small tortillas; starters are a good size and the mains are meant for one person. Breakfast is served too, and both breakfast and dinner get praise.
Service is attentive and the room is full of nice touches. The terrace welcomes dogs, which one guest was grateful for. It sits in Los Sueños, in Herradura, and opens every day from 7:00 am.
